Wright said: “Rice can shine at Chelsea, they need a deep midfielder.”
“I’m looking at a team that needs to be balanced. On the wings they have incredible Reece James and Chilwell. Rice can help them be more aggressive in the final third.”
“I also see a new model with Rice coming in. Gallagher is good at running and attacking, Kovacic is fine and good on the ball, plus Rice, it’s a great combination.”
