on August 21, the Premier League officially announced the league schedule for the 2020-21 season
The schedule, defending champion Liverpool’s first game, will be at Anfield at home, against newly promoted Leeds United behind closed doors.
Judging from the schedule, Liverpool’s opponents in the first eight rounds are relatively strong. In the second round, they will challenge Chelsea away, and in the third round, they will play against Arsenal at home.
