The customer service replied seriously.
Milan spent 32 million euros last summer to sign Belgian midfielder Dequetrare, but his performance was not outstanding. In the Coppa Italia loss to Turin, Dequetrare’s performance was mediocre. A fan pushed after the game.
Special complaints about his performance.
“Let’s use Amazon to send DeKetraray back to Belgium, he’s doing too badly,” the fan wrote, to which an Amazon customer service replied: “How can we help you?”
The fan went on to write: “Yes, I have a package (Pacco) from Belgium and I want to return it.” (Note: pacco means package in Italian, and transfer in English football language
will fail.)
Amazon’s customer service failed to understand the joke, and replied earnestly: “Is this a return of an item shipped by Amazon or a third-party seller? You can check in the order confirmation email.” The fan replied: “Third party.”
The customer service went on to write: “In this case, I suggest that you contact the seller directly, who can provide more appropriate assistance for your return. You can follow the instructions here to contact him.”
Finally, the fan tweeted Club Brugge and wrote: “Good evening Club Brugge.”
