January 27th, the Premier League Liverpool officially announced that it has signed a contract with the 18-year-old Spanish midfielder in the team
Bajcetic renewed his long-term contract.
Bajcetic joined Liverpool from Celta Vigo in December 2020, and then represented the U18 and U21 teams.
This season, Bajcetic made his first-team debut as a substitute in Liverpool’s 9-0 win over Bournemouth in the Premier League.
Bajcetic, who scored his first goal against Villa in December, has made 10 appearances for the team so far.
Liverpool officially announced the renewal of the long-term contract with Bajcetic. According to reporter James Pearce, the two sides signed a four-and-a-half-year contract.
Talking about the contract extension, Bajcetic said: “I am very happy and excited to continue to play for this club. I hope I can play more games. My family and I are very proud to sign a new contract. This
It’s an amazing feeling, something I’ve been dreaming about for two years and something I’ve been working on.
It’s crazy, a year ago I was playing for the U18s and now I’ve started some games, made my debut and even scored goals, which is something I never thought would happen this season.
It’s been amazing to see how fast it’s going and I’ll keep working hard to get more done.
