January 21, the Italian Federal Court of Appeal has accepted the Italian Football Federation prosecutor
The request to annul the capital gains proceeding was filed and the sporting action against Juventus was reopened as a result.
The sanctions only target Juventus and its related management personnel, and other clubs were acquitted.
The final official judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal is that at 9:30 p.m. Italian time, the original deduction of 9 points from the Juventus League was “aggravated”.
Former Juventus director Paratici’s two-and-a-half-year ban, former Juventus chairman Agnelli and former CEO Arrivabene’s two-year ban, and current director Cherubini’s one-year and four-month ban.
Vice-chairman Nedved’s eight-month ban is all official.
After being deducted 15 points, Juventus temporarily has the same points as Empoli and Bologna, ranking 10th with 22 points.
Note: Juventus can appeal according to the procedure, and since Paratici is currently the director of Tottenham Hotspur, in law, Tottenham will “lose” their director, and it is not clear how the British side will respond.
The Italian Football Association applied to the court to deduct 9 points from the Juventus League and ban Paratici for 20 months
