January 6 News Tottenham coach Conte has recently been asking the club to continue to invest in signings, and Tottenham fans
The Trust (THST) has written to the club’s board this week asking for answers to four key questions.
According to the "Mirror", the four questions asked by the Tottenham Supporters Trust Foundation are:
1) Will the club share its successful mid- to long-term strategy both on and off the pitch?
How will the club measure progress and how will current results be judged against these expectations?
2) The coach (Conte) hired by the club has not yet renewed his contract. He told everyone that they should lower their expectations for performance on the field. He publicly stated that the club needs to spend a lot of money in every transfer window to improve competitiveness.
Does this align with the board’s philosophy of success?
3) Are you satisfied with the signings in the latest transfer window, the performance of the youth team, and the development and promotion of young players?
Are there plans to improve these areas?
4) Does the club have plans for further investment to ensure the club remains competitive on the pitch in the face of large additional investments from other Premier League clubs.
Are clubs closer to signing stadium naming rights sponsors?
Does ENIC or other potential investors or sellers have further investment plans?
The Tottenham Fans Trust asked the Tottenham club board to respond to these genuine concerns, and the "Mirror" pointed out that the voice of Tottenham fans asking the club chairman Levy to leave is growing stronger.
