The Roma club announced on Wednesday that Zaniolo has officially transferred to Galatasaray.
“Corriere dello Sport” noticed that the announcement on Rome’s official website only read: “Roma has reached a transfer agreement with Galatasaray for Zaniolo, and the Italian striker will move to Galatasaray.
Niolo joined Roma in the summer of 2018 and played 128 times for the team in various competitions, scoring 24 goals.” The Roma club then briefly announced on the official social account: “Zaniolo moved to
Galatasaray.”
Zaniolo was not blessed in either of Roma’s announcements.
According to the usual practice, when the Roma club announced the transfer of players to leave the team in the past, they would thank the players for their contributions during their time in Roma and wish the players all the best in the future.
But this time Zaniolo was treated differently, which reflects the club’s attitude of never reconciling with him.
