Training at this stage is mainly physical reserve and physical strength training.
We hope to store energy for a year through long winter training.

Liu Dianzuo: Our team will have more games this year. I feel that the players are well prepared for the hard work this season.
The more this is the case, the more we must actively prepare for the game during the preparation period and play every game well.
We definitely have expectations for the AFC Champions League. The Three Towns Club is also the first time in team history to play in the AFC Champions League and the first time to enter the Asian football stage. Both the strength of the opponent and the pace of the game will be greatly improved.
I hope we can calmly deal with the challenges of the AFC Champions League and strive to qualify for the group stage.
