January 14th, some of the previous remarks of Roma star Candela were criticized by Roma coach Mourinho
Former Roma president Rosella Sensi defended Candela on social media.
Sensi wrote: “Mourinho’s statements about Candela, even if Mourinho didn’t mention Candela by name, I don’t like his statements like this, because this kind of statement is very important to our Roma.
It’s not doing any good.”
“The coach is right to defend his player and of course he can be angry with the criticism if he thinks it is not appropriate. In Italy, this happens a lot. But I have known Candela for many years and I know
He was always sincere, generous, loyal to Rome and always wanted Rome to win.”
“Candela has no malice, and he doesn’t have the ideas analyzed by the media. All his speeches just hope that Roma will become stronger and stronger, and this is also Mourinho’s idea. In my opinion, Candela’s speech may not be rigorous enough.
But his love for Rome is unquestionable.”
